    It is with tremendous disappointment that I won’t be able to attend V.O.I.C.E in Vegas. I was SO looking forward to meeting everyone, sharing stories, networking, and learning what will be presented. See, 2007 started out all wrong for me. There were a few illnesses within the family that required I put money elsewhere and one must do what one must do. I was originally committed to be part of the staff for the event and that, too, disappoints me greatly. My sincerest apologies go out to Frank, Jim and Penny. However, I was able to give them plenty of notice. I’m not seeking sympathy. I just wanted to let everyone know that I’ll be there in spirit.

    As I build this blog, expect it to be better and better. I’m not totally enthralled with this theme and I’m still looking. If I can find the time, what I’d like to do is design it around my website. We’ll have to see what transpires. I hope that won’t keep you away. I can’t wait to read your comments.

    I researched, wrote, voiced and produced my weekly feature today. This feature is entitled “Artist Spotlight”. I barter this feature to advertise our online gift shop. Today the spotlight was on Luther Ingram who had a hit with the song, “If Loving You Is Wrong”…covered by several artists over the years. Mr. Ingram passed away this past week due to ongoing heart ailments mixed with several other conditions with which he’s been dealing for years.
