How do YOU handle auditions?

Please share with me and my blog readers the steps you take when pursuing an audition - either online or in-studio. I happen to know that several v.o.’s take different approaches to the audition process. Do you watermark, give bogus names in place of company names, etc.?

Do you collect up front, do you bill or do you split the difference?

Do you fully produce your auditions or provide them voice only?

You get the idea. I think it will make for fun and informative reading.
