		<description>How about this?  Comcast Security apparently read this post and called me not once, but twice from 2 different locations to offer assistance with this problem.  This assistance came directly from Comcast Executive offices in Philadelphia.  The rep was pleasant and answered my questions satisfactorily.  However, since I may have lost business as a result of the problem, they offered no remuneration or compromise of any sort.

Who says blogs don't work?
